The objective of our Compliance Management System is to promote compliance with laws and policies within the company and to prevent inappropriate behavior. Our culture of integrity serves as the foundation for this. Corresponding measures are defined by our compliance and legal organizations considering the company’s business requirements.
Our compliance and legal departments have established the goal of guaranteeing Group-wide compliance with regulatory requirements. They are structured in a way to be able to optimally support and advise all our divisions in their business activities, processes, and services. Furthermore, our worldwide network of local contacts ensures that our standards are met and assists local management at Group companies in implementing our compliance program.

Monitoring and Improvement
We continuously review the adequacy and effectiveness of our Compliance Management System and adapt it to global developments, changing risks, and new legal requirements.
We also monitor important core processes during the year based on key performance indicators (KPIs) that include, amongst others, process duration and quality. In addition, we analyze the knowledge gained through independent internal and external assessments.
