ISO 9001:2015 certification is a quality management standard that defines a structured approach to ensuring that a company’s products, services, and processes meet customer requirements. The standard also sets out several requirements that must be met to achieve this goal.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard is a management system for quality management systems and defines the requirements for an organization to demonstrate that it has an effective quality management system.

To achieve this, the organization must have four main elements:

  1. Quality management system. This includes all processes necessary to ensure that the products or services provided meet customer requirements. These include planning, design, development, analysis, and control.
  2. Planning and decision-making process. This includes the organization’s policies and procedures related to the identification of customer requirements and product specifications; cost/benefit analysis; risk assessment; and risk prevention methods.
  3. Designing and developing processes. This includes processes such as specifying customer requirements; designing products or services based on those requirements; analyzing whether they meet customer needs; testing those products or services against those needs; implementing controls where appropriate, communicating results with customers etcetera.
  4. Control processes for managing variations in production, service, or delivery processes that do not adversely affect product performance or customer satisfaction ( i.e., variation prevention).

You will be given a Certificate valid for 3 years subject to a successful annual monitoring audit.

Re-Certification audit
Assess that all requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 continue to be met every three years.
